Toilet Over Flow Commercial Office

This office complex called SERVPRO of South Garland to come out and help them clean up and dry out their office after a toilet in the women's bathroom decided to over flow.  SERVPRO of South Garland arrived on site quickly and extracted the standing water, and set up drying equipment, and due to the type of baseboards and the saturation levels of the walls, we needed to remove the base boards and punch holes into the base of the dry wall. After a few days of drying the walls and carpets of this building were once again dry and safe for new construction to take place.
