Closet Mold

This Facility had an air conditioner leak that saturated the walls and was not found until mold had presented itself. The facility manager called SERVPRO of South Garland to come out and remove the mold in order to clear the building. We received a scope of work from the mold assessment company and started work. The first thing was to create a negative pressure chamber in the closet. and the next was to remove all drywall, and ceiling tiles. Then bag all affected materials in bags and remove them from the facility. After all affected materials were removed we then sprayed a plant based encapsulant to trap any spores that may still be in the air and keep them from causing any future damage.
