Water Heater Leak

Our Client called us out to their home in Garland because they had found their water heater was leaking and causing a smell in their home. This was extremely unfortunate to the home owner as they had very incentive allergies to almost everything and had difficulty leaving the home due to sensitivities. this left us little choice but we could not use our normal products on this water loss nor could we use the most effective blowers to remove the water. we had to tent the area with containment and pump in hot dry air to dry the material out, then we needed to remove all non structural affected materials,  finally we needed to do a more intensive treatment to remove the microbial growth on the structural components as our normal products could not be used.  This structure is now dry and is free of microbial growth.
