Overflowing Toilet

This bathroom was affected by a water loss when the valve in the tank stopped working properly. This along with a blockage in the drain caused the toilet to back up and overflow causing water to spill out and spread to affecting multiple rooms in the home. SERVPRO of South Garland was quick to respond and was able to stabilize the home quickly. We needed to monitor the home for a few days to make sure all of the materials were drying out properly, but after that time we found that the materials were down to safe levels and we were able to get this house back to pre loss conditions.
